Method of preparation:

  1. Take 1 cup of millets pongal mix and add 3 cups of water to it in a pressure cooker. 
  2. Add required amount of salt to it. 
  3. Leave for about 4 whistles in your pressure cooker. 
  4. Then add ghee, cashews to it. 
  5. Instant Millet Pongal Mix is ready serve hot.

Note:

No need to wash or soak the mix.
